Return/Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

 

Return Policy:

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card. (Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3-7 business days after the receipt of your  accepted return).
  • We must receive your notice & reason for return within 15 days of your  purchase order date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached (If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return). Please include your package slip with the return. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. (We do not provide return shipping labels)
  • Please allow 7-14 days after we recieve your item(s) for your return to be processed and finalized.
  • Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase). For returned items past the 15 day return period, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 15 days start from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 20 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. 
  •  All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Clearance items, discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. Bodysuits, swimwear, & undergarments are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.
  •  If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Exchange Policy:

  • We must receive your notice & reason for exchange within 15 days of your purchase order date to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Exchange must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached (If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your exchange and your original item will be shipped back to you). Please include your package slip with the return.Return shipping fee for the exchange is the responsibility of the customer. (We do not provide return shipping labels). Customer must ship item back to Blended Boutique with additional return shipping label enclosed to ship exchanged item(s) back to customer.
